First Round of the Playoffs
Listen. Did I even make the playoffs? I am going to let you decide if this is the first round of the playoffs.
See, it all started…I’m kidding. I’m not about to get into a long story from band camp.
First, let’s discuss the items I had on my to-do list. The plan was to complete the painting and wallpaper. The wallpaper is the foundation of the project timeline. The completion is key in order to keep the vanity light installation on track. Having said that, you know what else was on the list. You guessed it, installing the vanity lights.
The project is moving along slowly. It really it is. A real push is ahead of us. This team is in the playoffs. We have work to do and we are not backing down.
Coming up in the second round…
- Install Vanity Light
- Paint water closet (get Kimono Violet on the walls)
- Install cabinet pulls
I am loving the cabinet pulls I selected. It’s the right about of bling added to this bathroom. The game plan is to complete the above three items by Sunday. I cannot play all positions and will be adding some extra hands.
The Second Round of the Playoffs
Second, the wallpaper I ordered for the water closet arrived. Honestly, I did not think it would actually arrive on time. I purchased it from a shop on Etsy. I am so excited to roll it out and get it up. If you read last week’s blog post, the wallpaper sneak peek was there. See it here. Additionally, I decided to change the showerhead. So, let’s add that to my list of things to do.
I have two client installation this month as well. I love what I do and the balance of it all. It is okay to call a timeout and adjust your plan. Make a play on the task at hand and continue to move forward. The goal is in sight and it will be reached.
Breaking News
Extended time. The One Room Challenge reveal date extended. Right on time. I am getting this project back on track and to the Superbowl!!
